You can take a relaxing bath with this oil or add it to a carrier oil and place few drops on your feet or your palms, on wrists or back of the neck, as desired, or use it in a oil burner to diffuse oil throughout the room.
As this product range is made of pure essential oil blends, we recommend to dilute it with a base oil.
