All orders are delivered using An Post or another reliable courier using the delivery address provided by you. In the case where delivery is not executed, due to incorrect address information or the recipient being unavailable, the customer shall be responsible for the loss incurred on the order. It is important to note that delivery of items will not be attempted on Sunday’s and public holidays.
Orders for recipients outside of the Republic of Ireland may be subject to delays due to territorial / border control restrictions. Harvest Breeze Westport has no control over these delays and would recommend customers check the relevant country information for restrictions to incoming deliveries.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 7 working days of receipt in an unused condition and in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. We will not refund the cost of returning the order if the return is caused by the customer’s mistake or if the product(-s) is no longer wanted or required. These costs will need to be covered by you. Customer must pay for the appropriate postage costs when returning products to us for exchange or refund.
You can cancel the order by contacting us, via email, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Harvest Breeze Westport has the right to cancel any order you make for any item if you fail our validation or security checks. If payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
Orders which have already been dispatched and are subsequently cancelled will be subject to any postage/product charges incurred as a result of this cancellation.
We have high standards when it comes to preparing your order however mistakes can occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged or wrong item. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate. Please provide details of the fault and attach pictures of the parcel and problematic product (-s) to your message so we can evaluate the situation. We will do our upmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience. We will review each case individually and provide the best solution possible. We can offer refund, partial refund, discount for future purchase or reshipment of the item(-s). In case of refund we will process it back to the original account used to purchase the item. Please note that a refund can take up to 14 days to be processed back onto your card by your bank. Refunds and credits will be at the sole discretion of Harvest Breeze Westport. All claims must be issued in writing by post or e-mail info@harvestbreezewestport.ie. Via phone is not accepted.
